Hi,
I've just read the recipe of your special Finish forest soup. I am not sure, if I'd like to cook this soup, but it was very amusing to read. As I read your story through, I remembered my special soup recipe. I was 9 when I cooked this soup for my mum and I was soooo impressed with myself. My mum called it The Faberge Egg soup. The one and only!!! This soup is so simple that your recipe sounds like is from the Jamie Oliver's cook book. Hehe.

Here we go.

The ingredients:

1.boiling water
2.salt and pepper
3.little bit of olive oil
4.onion
5.THE EGG!!!

Cut the onion and fry until golden (use olive oil). Pour boiling water in the saucepan where the onion was fried. Use spices like salt and pepper+your imagination. Cook the onion for 5 min. When you are ready, chuck the egg in the soup (now, I would advice you not to chuck whole egg with the shell). Cook for further 5 min. Serve with bread.

Now, as you can see I used olive oil that the soup was more mediterranean style. Like I said at 9, I was impressed with myself.

Hope, you like my recipe. Tell me what you think.

Bon Appetit.
